About PH Media Group

During January 2008, Please Hold (UK) Limited and Please Hold Interactive rebranded to form the PH Media Group. In addition to rebranding, the Media Group gathered over ten years’ experience in the audio industry and introduced a new division: PH Radio.

The group of companies use the collective ‘PH’ title as a uniform parent-brand for three divisions in the portfolio. The three divisions have the titles: PH Audio, PH New Media and PH Radio. PH Audio is Europe’s largest provider of telephone on-hold marketing, music on-hold and web audio.

PH New Media offer innovative and original internet design/development services. Additional services include bespoke programming, brand design and online advertising.

PH Radio provides bespoke in-store music and messaging services for retail outlets and leisure establishments throughout the UK.
